started innocently enough. with a risk manager having lunch with an insurance executive.
The conversation turned to the experience of third party administration - the multitude of
promises which were never kept, missed opportunities for reduction of claim costs, and
inadequate customer service - an experience both wanted to forget. By the end of that day,
a vision of the ultimate third party administrator had been laid out. A vision of prompt
three point contact with the injured worker, the employer and the employees physician;
facilitation of early return to modified work or usual and customary job duties; and
accurate loss prevention analysis. That vision has become a reality - ClaimQuest.
