ClaimQuest was formed in January 1995 to provide an exceptional full service claims administration program to clients desiring a top quality program. Service is limited to Workers Compensation, General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Product Liability programs, with the emphasis being on self-insured organizations. ClaimQuest has partnered with Sucaba Company, Inc., which has developed one of the premier claims administration software systems, in order to provide a comprehensive set of services. ClaimQuest informally collaborates with other providers of top quality claims related services related to claims administration, in order to provide the best possible combination of services.
When it comes to third party administration, ClaimQuest is in a class by itself. First Class Claims Administration. While many TPAs lowball prices, loading examiners with high case counts with low closure rates, ClaimQuest's primary mission is quality claims management and getting the injured worker back to work as soon as possible. This is achieved through our Golden Rule attitude: If we were the injured worker, how would we want to be treated? With this in mind, our adjusters are empowered to make key case decisions to ensure the finest treatment and care of the injured worker. In most cases, this not only eliminates the possibility of litigation, but also helps to get the employee back to work sooner.
