 ClaimQuest to utilize new version of state-of-the-art claims administration software

Walnut, CA, January 1, 2001 -- After a long and arduous process of evaluating nearly a dozen systems, ClaimQuest selected Sucaba Software's ClaimLink claims administration system for the processing of our client's claims.

"ClaimLink is a natural choice for us," stated ClaimQuest Vice President, John Johnson. "Of all the systems we examined, ClaimLink was the only system which provided us with the flexibility we needed, while proving to be the bullet-proof system it's recognized as."

Expecting delivery on April 15th, the new system is expected to help increase adjuster productivity with the help of an integral Voice Recognition System. "We anticipate the voice recognition system to reduce note and letter writing time by 30 to 50 percent," noted Johnson. "This also allows our adjusters to input greater detail into their case notes -- for greater claim accuracy -- without the worry of inducing carpal tunnel syndrome."

The new system also provides for easy client or accident site access from anywhere in the world via Internet access.
